Cold shower issues need addressing!!! Limited parking availability really complicates things during busy times!!! It would be nicer to see more evening entertainment options available too!!!

this place is a total gem! super clean, and the breakfast was freshly cooked and amazin. iain and julia were so nice, felt like family right away. the location is perfect, close to the beachfront but still chill and quiet. everything you need is there, like fresh milk and lots of teas, which was a lovely touch.
the room got a bit warm at times, and we struggled a bit to find parking nearby.

Great Spot Near the Beach!
Had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The place was super clean and cozy, and those poached eggs at breakfast were a real treat! Julia and Iain were chill hosts. Only thing was, parking can be a pain sometimes. close to the beachfront without the noise, which was a big plus!

It was a great match for strolling around Paignton with attractive and competitive value for money. The full English breakfast was made with high-quality produce, definitely one of the best I’ve had. For parking, try to arrive early to secure a spot nearby.

had an amazin time at blue waters lodge! the hosts, iain and julia, were super friendly and really made us feel at home. the room was cozy, clean, and had lots of little extras that were so thoughtful. breakfast was off the charts, so many tasty options to choose from! loved how close it was to the beach yet so quiet at night too.

missingWrote a review on Jun 13clean roomselected breakfastthin wallspoor servicelack of empathy
The twin room offered a very clean environment, but privacy was compromised with thin walls revealing conversations from adjacent rooms. Breakfast had a lovely selection, particularly the cured meats, which were a highlight. prior requests for accommodations due to a disability were not handled as sensitively as hoped, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite the meticulous attention to room cleanliness, the lack of empathy in service was disappointing.
